Hi everyone
Rebuilding my vespa 90 and planning on fitting an ETS crank i.e. with the 25 mm taper. Which bearing do I fit for the flywheel side? is it this one for as described by SIP Vespa PK125 S 2°/ETS/N/XL /XL2/125 GTR 2°/TS 2°/150 Sprint V 2°/Super 2°/200 Rally 2°/PX80-200/PE/Lusso/Cosa, PIAGGIO, 25x38x15 mm, 23 needles
Also is this a 2 piece bearing with a collar attaching to the taper?
I take it the bearing for the clutch side is no different than on the vespa 90?
thanks
dave

and a very large cir-clip to act as a spacer for the bearing this goes into the case before the bearing and make the cir-clip ends point up so that you do not cover the bearing lubrication hole in the fly side of the case. the ETS crank is well worth the little extra work and cost as this will allow you to run in a higher state of tune at this stage you could also look at the ignition kit from avotechnica.com link or vespatronic etc

thanks for the replies you have both save me a lot of messing about and swearing.
So would I use the same circlip as the one that goes on the clutch side? And is there space for this with the conversion crank seal?

yes same size circlip as clutch bearing , an the seal fits further out in cases so there is space .H

Exciting progress. Did a tiny bit of work with the dremmel to match the ports to my DR 130 barrel. Was ultra cautious given the complete lack of experience and huge potential for ruination Popped the casings in the oven and got all bearings in OK so thanks for the top on using the circlip as a spacer and pointing up as instructed. Then clutch basket and kickstart mechanism in, new gear selector fitted and gears all working and selecting nicely.
One question, the bearing is stuck on the input shaft so need to buy myself a bearing puller from screwfix or machine mart or somewhere. Any recommendations or will a generic bearing puller do the job??

If you fitting a new bearing you can remove the old one with two flat screwdrivers and a hammer.
