Cracking write up eh !! I'm the nerd wearing the Back open face!!! Lol!!! I'm ironing out the teething issues, New front shock...yss from a et4 adjustable, longer and noticeable difference already a little bit of fettling to fit! Lightened the flywheel ( with my newly purchased lathe!!!!) and that seems to have made a difference responsive wise. I'm going to remove the 20mm ets manifold and replace with a 16mm and make a sleeve for it fit the 19/19 carb to try and improve torque.. Malossi air filter .. Seal up all the holes underneath the seat-carb area to stop any dust entering the air filter !!! modify the exhaust mounting slightly to create more clearance and use better 6mm manifold nuts to prevent them loosening (again!) An alter the jetting as it was running rich but better when we removed the filter The next meeting is sat 18th may so we are really hoping to improve the reliability,

Let me have a look in the shed, possibly may have a manifold for a 19. If so I'll give you a shout over the weekend
