Not seen it before, but the bottom of your exhaust port looks different, it looks like it dips in the middle. Worth checking during the dry build as to how it looks at BDC. Might need straightening out. Rest of the stuff in the photo is good enough to enlarge and frame for over the fireplace!

Brilliant restoration thread.
Are you doing all this at home or work? Some serious tools being used there.
Also, would I be right in assuming it's a Spanish built Primmy? I have a Spanish one (N.K) and that too came with a 50 Special headset.

I'm liking the conservative porting around the inlet stud, keeping the inlet stud well supported and not going too far with the porting/blending. Great work :-)

how do you find getting the bearing bolt through the new needle rollers in the forks. I've got new rollers in my fork they look ok not bent and are the correct ones but the bearing bolt is really tight won't push through.
