Yes John its a peice of paper, you would have to be an idiot to think that the crank was damaged upon receipt. You would have to be even more of n idiot to mail somebody telling them that there is an imperfection on the cone of the said crank. And then imagine how much of an idiot you would have to be to then go back to the crank in question to inspect the imperfection and then realise that the imperfection was actually a peice of paper ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Im such a Dick sometimes ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Pic of bearings and seals below that come with the crank. PS ALL Falc cranks are supplied with quality bearings and seals

Wayne do you know what bearing is on the fly side. He must have a reason for making this fly side first and it must be to get either a better bearing in there or a modification to retain it better. Do you know ?

That crank is designed for quattrini casings mate if you mean the one above in the pics. I know Lauro has some very trick ideas re bearings and cranks for the future but I want to know if this side casing uses them. It's all to do with the spilt bearing issues in high end motors

ah, maybe i should have read the thread properly. do you mean the needle roller bearing on say an ets flyside or the nu204/n204 in either case how much axial load is there on the flyside bearing to make them fail ? like does the crank pin bend a bit or is it skidding of the rollers/needles ? do you think a wider bearing will feature in the new cases or maybe a double row bearing

Right I have all of the engine bearing sizes required for smallies including the new Quattrini crank bearings so there all sorted, I'll soon be updating the website so that they are available as kits or individually (Havent had chance recently as the Mrs has been working me like a dog) hubba hubba The bearing supplier has affered me circlips, oil seals black, oil seals blue vitron, oil seals brown high temp vitron and o'rings In order for me to stock them I need the sizes. I can measure the stock that I have but if anybody has any sizes anywhere I would appreciate the help. Also as well as supplying the engine bearings I may as well stock all smally bearings, seals and o-rings. I havent got a clue what size these are. If anyone has these details too I'd appreciate them. Thanks again lads, as before once I have all of the details I get them in stock and offering them at the lowest price possible. I think my current engine bearing sets are the lowest around Wayne
