Got some bearings in stock too if any body wants any? Bearings are FAG and simply bearings prices were taken last week from their website against their FAG range I can also supply sets minus the crank bearings for £17.99 I think Im saving you a fiver off the simply bearing price

Hi wayne i have had 2 sets of quattrini cases which are the dogs but both sets needed some work on the internals for the engine mounts to fit squarely. Not sure if this has been ironed out with the new supply of cases. i am not running the cases down because they are a great but have a looksie because it could be a potential problem as a supplier.

When you say you had to do some work exactly what did you have to do and what was the original issue? At first inspection they look fine but I need a bit more info before I can confirm that the issue has been resolved with these cases. I guess I coould offer an option of supplying them with the mounts already installed if its not yet been rectified, although I would hope that it has. Falc casings coming soon too

do we know how much the falc casings will be coming in at wayne Hello mate, I havent been given a price yet as Lauro is still working this out. He has told me that the right hand side casing is now ready and if you provide the left hand side casing he will machine it to spec for £400. Not really something that I want to offer at the moment as the cost would be too much in shipping fees and as well as that I personally think people would prefer both left and right if they're going to part with the well earned pennies.

your right wayne,id rather wait for both,is it then already machined for the 154 kit or any kit, falc clutch, crank, so the punter hasnt got to get any work done to it or will he ?

hi mate... are you sure falc are making a crank for the quattrini case? Seems a weird one that? Yes Mate, Lauro has a crank that fits into the Quattrini Casings. But think about it Tony, Lauro is also making his own casings and the exact apecs are a bit vague I'm guessing that the cranks that Lauro is producing are actually for his own casings

mmm..... ok... I have seen lauro's project and it uses very different bearings to Quattrini. The crank is very different too. I do hope he gets something done regarding his own cases.

I'm not sure if he will but I'll ask, I have already been thinking about this and this is service that I'm contemplating offering but I need to look into the costs around it. I have three excellent machinists that I know but because they're good they're always busy, I need them to be able to turn things round quickly. If Lauro doesn't offer this, I will at some point

mmm..... ok... I have seen lauro's project and it uses very different bearings to Quattrini. The crank is very different too. I do hope he gets something done regarding his own cases. Well lets just say that there have been 54.5mm and 56mm Falc cranks to fit the Quattrini casings available since last week and unless hes thinking about promoting Quattrini casings above his own then Im guessing that the new cranks have been designed with the new casings in mind. Your right it would be a bit strange if he started making cranks for quattrini casings but with the Falc casings not being due for full release untill the summer I guess it makes good business sense to release them now and take some of the already bubbling quattrini market?
