I`m sure i once saw a photo of an ss90 front end that was dimensioned up - does anyone have a link or copy ?
i`ve got a knackered frame and going to have a go at cutting it down to match to see how it goes before i start on my decent one
cheers

Getting the curve on the top corners i found the hardest to get right good luck pal I agree. I haven't done one, but that's the thing I've noticed on alot of the conversions...

shaggy
what dimensions did you work to for the floor boards
the ss90 photo with dimensions shows the legshields are 15cm each side of the horncasting/pressing just above horn (at their widest part) and they go down to 14cm below.
ideally i could do with a dim at the rear of the boards where they angle towards the engine bolt hole, one half way towards to the legshields and one at the brake pedal - after that i`m expecting it to match up with 14cm dimension under the horn
going to paint the knackered frame front during the week and mark it up then get the grinder cranked up - my intention is to make template from it.
as the project is not a straight SS90 replica as long as i get a noticibly slimmer legshield profile i`ll be fine
are you using the mini sill trim to edge - will get some of that and the beedspeed rubber trim to see which works out best
looking forward to more pictures of yours

Good luck with this.
Meanwhile, I would love a photo of the back of the legshields, so I can see the shape of the stiffener at the top. I guess for most of you SS90 owners, the dummy tank is in place and will obscure the view.

I think I still have a metal template which you could use.
